If you are looking for good, clean, hilarious fun the "Tykes" are for your event. The "Tykes" side-splitting popularity is based on mayhem caused by "Brat-Packs" of "Canine Tornados" as they snap, yap and scrap in dogged pursuit of a lure. Further chaos erupts into hilarious laughter as spectators' dogs give it a go! With years of experience at just about every major showground in the country, the "Tykes" are undoubtedly leaders in their field. Last year saw them booked yet again for the World's Biggest Dog Show (Crufts) and many other major events. Choose from three exciting formats 1. Traditional Terrier Racing - On a straight course of 30-40 metres the canine delinquents chase a stoppable, reversible lure endeavouring to out-pace them. Hundreds of unsolicited testimonials - "never laughed so much"...."such happy little dogs"...."good clean family fun"...."best thing at the show"....etc. 2. Around Arena Terrier Racing - Popular in the 1950's and featured then on Pathe News the little "terrier-ists" race around a circular greyhound type track. On the flat and over hurdles at breakneck speed, occasionally cheating. Audience-grabbing, exhilarating fun. 3. Agility Terrier Racing - Unique combination of terrier racing and popular dog agility. Little brats race along a track peppered with agility obstacles. Not one at a time against the clock, but in teams against each other. Cheating is inevitable, so audience members are called in to act as stewards. NB (1) is ideal for a busy arena where quick set up/break down is required. (2) and (3) are "stand alone" events requiring their own small arena, with heats throughout the day.
